Our Prices at Hotel Waidachhof

Short stay surcharge for up to 3 nights:

€ 7,-- p.p/night

 

Single room surcharge in a double room

€ 15,-- p.p/night

 

Dog per day without food

€ 10,-- per day. If additional cleaning is necessary, guests will be charged extra. Please understand that dogs are not permitted in our allergy friendly Pine Wood Suites.

 

Arrival and Departure

Arrival is from 2pm

 

Latest arrival is 9:30pm (for a later arrival, please contact us prior).

Departure is until 10am.

 

Early Departure

In the event of an earlier departure, we charge €15,-- p.p/night.

 

Late Departure

If, on the day of departure, you would like to use your room later than 10:30am, it is only possible depending on our booking situation. We kindly ask you to contact our reception if you would like to stay longer.

 

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 3 weeks prior to arrival.

After this, we charge €15,-- p.p/night for cancellations.

From 3 nights before arrival and in the case of late arrival or early departure, 50% of the accommodation price can be charged.

 

Cancellation Insurance

We recommend a taking out a travel cancellation insurance.

 

Payment Policy

Payment with a cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard is possible.

 

Price

The prices are per person and night in the respective room category including breakfast and for Half Board a menu to choose from. All prices include taxes and visitors’ tax.
